Every session ends with peaceful hammock relaxation to help the body settle and the mind feel safe, supported, and at ease.
A 45-Minute Reiki Session with Katie is a full-body, full-mind reset. In this deeply relaxing energy-healing session, Katie channels Reiki to help clear stress, release tension, and restore balance to your nervous system. All you have to do is lie back, on a mat, table, or even in a hammock, and let your body soak up the calm. Many clients leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply grounded, as if they’ve let go of weeks of stress in under an hour.
